::Bad service, bad burgers, soggy fries, and we waited over an hour for the food.

::Nice atmosphere and maybe they were just swamped due to a catered event but we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes to get our food. When it finally arrived ( after inquiring 3 times) the fries were cold, one burger undercooked, both burgers missing avocado, the chicken salad 🥗 which was supposed to contain veggies had zero veggies and was chopped up romaine instead of the advertised cabbage mix. It was actually the worst lunch experience for a nice Marriott that we all have ever experienced. The staff were very nice but the restaurant was obviously focused on the buffet and not getting food to other customers. Will not be back!
